ODM Lean

“Machines that Changed the World” – the book by James P. Womack , Daniel T. Jones , Daniel Roos brought out Toyota Production System(TPS) to the world in the year 1991.

Over the years, from one automotive manufacturer, the philosophy , internal operating methods and everything has been interpreted and offered as solution that can solve quality, cost, flexibility and host of other things. TPS, rechristened as Lean has now proliferated all sectors.

However, by mid 1990s internet was opened to connect the world, with that organizations changed dramatically.

However, Lean needs to be adopted to match current business environment.

ODM Lean is based on conventional Lean, but an innovative approach, contemporized. We offer both, Lean in the conventional way, as well as ODM Lean.
