As part of the Assessment, partnering with Lead Appraiser, we provide perform GAP analysis, identify amends to meet the standards, bridge them.

As required by CMMi Institute, for CMMi Dev 2.x standards, team members, known as Assessment Team Members(ATMs) are required to undergo training, get certified by CMMi Institute as “CMMI Associate”. The certification process involves training followed by a qualifying exam, post which the candidate gets certified. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

We recommend our customers to have their team trained and certified as “CMMI Associate”, however, there are situations where our customers prefer experienced ATMs. Our certified “CMMI Associate” step into the role.
